Sally and Sam’s DC wedding at the Line Hotel was elegant yet whimsical. Sunny yellows and cheery blues popped with perky cosmos and lush dahlias. The couple planned a fun yet swanky cocktail our followed by a reception filled with warm tones and a show-stopping display over the mantel that framed the couple the whole evening while they were dining.
