Colorful Classy Sophistication at Chevy Chase Country Club

We are still gushing over Ashleigh and Andrew’s stunner of a wedding at the Chevy Chase Country Club last summer. The couple’s nuptials were simple and clean, letting the church shine, with a cream-colored arch and aisle gardens. The reception kept it classy with pops of brightly hued garden roses and gorgeous royal blue vases. Being able to create this greenery-filled grid on the ceiling was an absolute dream come true. Flower Freelance Intensive '22

After a busy season in 2021 and February started to wind down, we could not wait for our annual workshop, the Flower Freelance Intensive. This year we had some incredible panelists and instructors who we can’t thank enough for being apart of this incredible week. While we do cover everything, from creating floral pieces with emphasis on speed and precision, to handling on-site crises with unflappable composure, we loved the extra focus this year on centerpieces, installations, and bouquets.

For those interested for next year’s workshop, the Flower Freelance Intensive is appropriate for those with and without prior floral experience, and is the perfect workshop to help build a strong foundation or further hone in your skills . Soft, Muted Elegance at the Fairmont DC

Daria and Will’s sweet springtime wedding was dotted with muted mauves, pretty pinks, and romantic creams. We loved being able to create a soft and romantic arbor with lush greenery and shades of mauve adorning the arch. The head table had a stunning hanging installation of delphiniums and snap dragons hanging above the couple to set the mood for the rest of the evening. Chic NYE Wedding at Mt. Washington Mill Dye House

Molly and Evan’s chic and timeless wedding rang in the New Years with elegant church nuptials followed by dancing and a champagne tower right at midnight. We loved being able to add a little magic to the night with greenery touches throughout and chic tablescapes. Planning + Design by Betty Lou Events and photography by Nikki Santerre.

Snowy Romance at Stone Tower Winery

Rachel and Marie’s winter wedding had a surprise snowstorm that filled the air with whimsy and romance. The blush and blue tones throughout their sweet wedding were only accented by the snow and sweeping views. Planning by The One Moment Events and photography by Kir Tuben Photography.
